Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Draco ("Draco," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit dracoai.us (the "Site") or book a call with us. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you book a demo or call through our scheduling page, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, company, and anything you include in the booking notes.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site tracking on the Site.
2. How we use information
- To schedule and conduct the calls and demos you request.
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about Draco's services.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
If we send you marketing communications, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us. We comply with applicable email marketing laws, including CAN-SPAM.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site and our business — for example, Cal.com (scheduling) and our website hosting provider. These providers process your information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies.
- Legal authorities if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Cookies and tracking
The Site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Third-party services embedded in the Site — such as the Cal.com scheduling widget and profile images loaded from third-party sources — may set their own cookies or receive your IP address when their content loads in your browser. These are governed by those providers' policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect the scheduling widget.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK, and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing. California residents may also request details about the categories of personal information we collect and disclose (we do not sell or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us via LinkedIn. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
6. Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
